VITM 2025

CALL FOR PARTICIPATION

We invite you to participate in live demonstrations of virtual imaging tools, pipelines, and trials. Showcase – and show off – your work in progress within the VITM scope! 

For the 2nd VITM, we introduce a Demo Session, aimed at showcasing practical and interactive implementations of VITM tools and concepts, supporting dissemination, discussion and cross-validation, for further development and collaboration. 

Recognition
We invite all workshop attendees to cast their votes for top favorite demo. The winner and the runner up will receive a Certificate of Merit.

Important dates 

•         • 23 April 2025: deadline for submission
•         • 27 April 2025: notification of acceptance
•         • 15 May 2025: deadline for two-slide teaser
•         • 3 June 2025: VITM Demo Session 

Rules and requirements

•          • Teams from academia, government, and industry are invited to participate! 
•          • One person of the presenting team can receive the presenting author registration rate.
•          • Demos should be scientific and not commercial in nature; demos of research prototypes and work-in-progress is highly encouraged.

•          • After you submit a description of your demo, you will receive email confirmation.
•          • We will accept demos based on the quality of the provided description. 

• •          • The accepted demos will be listed online in the workshop program.
  •          • All teams need to provide 1-2 slides describing their demo before the conference.
  •          • You are responsible for bringing your own equipment. VITM will provide a table and power supply for each demo. 

•          • All demonstrators present during the workshop must be registered to VITM 2025.
